Two family dwelling. Rezoning application.
Rezoning can take years and the results are not always guaranteed. In the case of the design of this new duplex, we were tasked with the job of needing to blend this house into the surrounding neighbourhood if there was ever a chance of being approved by the community. Moreover, we had to create the illusion of the house appearing smaller in size to compliment the neighbouring homes. It was a challenge we were happy to take on. The rezoning process is on-going.
